By accessing or using the IRYNT protocol, smart contracts, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IRYNT Protocol ("IRYNT", "we", "us"). Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.
IRYNT is a decentralized, on-chain community membership network deployed on the Solana blockchain. The Service provides access to smart contract-based membership activation, an on-chain membership badge, dashboard analytics, and network participation functionality.
IRYNT is not an investment product, financial instrument, or securities offering. Participation in the IRYNT network does not constitute an investment. Any rewards received through network participation are community participation incentives generated by on-chain smart contract logic — not returns on investment, dividends, interest, or guaranteed income of any kind.
Membership activation requires a one-time payment of $11 USDC. This fee covers:
All fees and distributions are processed autonomously by smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. Once a transaction is submitted and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed or refunded. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient USDC in your wallet before initiating activation.
Active members may receive USDC distributions when new participants activate memberships within their network. These distributions are:
Past network activity does not indicate future results. You acknowledge and accept that you may receive no rewards at all. Do not activate membership with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in the IRYNT network is legal in your jurisdiction. The availability of the Service does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in decentralized membership protocols is prohibited; (ii) your participation does not violate any applicable laws or regulations; and (iii) you have obtained all required approvals, if any, for your participation.
IRYNT does not collect or verify your jurisdiction. You bear full responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
Nothing on the IRYNT platform, website, documentation, or communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. IRYNT does not recommend that any person participate in the network as a financial strategy.
You should conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. IRYNT is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer.
The IRYNT network operates via smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
IRYNT is not liable for any losses arising from smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain failures, or any other technical risks inherent to decentralized systems.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
IRYNT does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRYNT AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall IRYNT's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for membership activation ($11 USDC). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if IRYNT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction, and you waive any right to a jury trial.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
